Reason for consultation: The patient desired a refreshed, renewed appearance. Her primary concerns were laxity and looseness of skin in the midface, laxity and looseness of skin along the jawline, and laxity along the neck line. In addition, the patient was concerned about her upper eyelids.

Procedure done: Face lift, neck lift, upper blepharoplasty

Technique:  Upper blepharoplasty with skin and fat removal (conservative), Face and neck lift deep plane with dissection of SMAS and vertical lift of SMAS of midface to restore midface volume, neck lift deep plane with platysmaplasty all done under general anesthesia
