Reason for consultation: The patient desired a more refined nasal tip. She felt that her nasal tip was too fat, too bulbous. History is significant for two prior rhinoplasties, a primary rhinoplasty, as well as a revision rhinoplasty with her own rib cartilage.
Procedure: Revision rhinoplasty reutilizing prior autologous rib cartilage, and using cadaveric rib cartilage
Technique: Dorsal preservation revision rhinoplasty. The Horn strut (Athre Technique). Open approach. General anesthesia.
