Reason for Consultation: To lateral canthal/midface skin defects secondary to skin cancer resection following Mohs surgery
Procedure: Advancement flap of midface with canthopexy
Technique: Bone anchored canthopexy of lower eyelid to prevent ectropion, deep plane elevation of midface for release of facial ligaments, subcutaneous dissection and advancement flap of skin for closure of skin defects. General anesthesia Contact Us
