Reason for Consultation: Hooded upper eyelids and generalized looseness of facial and neck skin.

Procedures performed: Endoscopic brow lift. Face and neck lift. Autologous micro and nano fat transfer. Upper blepharoplasty. Full face skin resurfacing.

Technique: Local anesthesia with oral sedation. Upper blepharoplasty. Endoscopic brow lift. Deep plane face and neck lift with vertical restoration of midface fat pad and increased mandibular definition. Deep plane neck lift with midline platysmaplasty for neck tightening.
