Reason for Consultation:  The patient was unhappy with her overall appearance. She is an extremely energetic, young hearted patient. Unfortunately her outward appearance just did not match her energy level, daily life, and all the activities that she participated in.

Procedure: Deep plane midface and neck lift. Full face resurfacing with 35% TCA, lower eyelid laser resurfacing, upper blepharoplasty

Technique: Deep plane elevation of midface with complete release of SMAS, elevation of SMAS for midface lift and definition of jawline, lateral elevation deep plane of platysma with plication, central platysmaplasty, upper blepharoplasty, lower eyelid resurfacing, full face skin resurfacing, general anesthesia.  Please notice the elevation of the cheeks, and the sharpness of the jawline and neck.  The pinkness of the skin is due to the fact that the patient underwent full face skin resurfacing and is 9 days post operative Contact Us
