Reason for Consultation: This woman presented to the office with a chief complaint that she just did not feel like her outward appearance really expressed her true energy. She is a marathoner, extremely active, and does not take a single second off. She had noted that her face and neck were tired and starting to look aged.

Procedures done: Face/neck lift, upper blepharoplasty, laser resurfacing lower eyelids

Technique: Deep plane facelift with vertical restoration of midface fat pad, increased definition of jawline. Deep neck lift with midline platysmaplasty. Upper blepharoplasty. Deep laser skin resurfacing lower eyelid using CO2 laser. Local anesthesia with oral sedation. The patient now feels rejuvenated and has a new spring in her step. Contact Us
