Deep Plane Facelift

Reason for Consultation: Facial rejuvenation

This patient wanted her physical appearance to reflect her energy and vitality on the inside.  She wanted to “put her best face forward”  After analyzing the patient’s face, we decided on a 3D Facelift with a few modification.  We performed a deep plane face/neck lift for the structural component of aging, Fat transfer for volume, and upper/lower blepharoplasty.

Procedure: Face/neck lift, Autologous fat transfer, upper & lower blepharoplasty, lip augmentation with fat

Technique: Neck liposuction with midline playtsmaplasty. Deep plane face lift with vertical vector restoration, deep plane neck lift. Micro and nano fat grafting to the midface and lower eyelid/cheek junction. Upper blepharoplasty, lower transconjuctival blepharoplasty. Local anesthesia oral sedation.

Note the youthful volume of the cheek, definition of the jaw line, and definition of the neck region. Also be sure to check out the scars around the ears, and how well they are camouflaged 4 weeks after surgery.  Also note how the after picture shows a more heart-shaped face with volume high up on the cheek and angularity and definition on the lower aspects of the face.

Técnica: Liposucción de cuello con playsmaplastia de línea media. Lifting facial plano profundo con restauración vectorial vertical, lifting plano profundo del cuello. Injerto de micro y nano grasa en la cara media y la unión inferior del párpado / mejilla. Blefaroplastia superior, blefaroplastia transconjuntival inferior. Anestesia local.

Tenga en cuenta el volumen juvenil de la mejilla, la definición de la línea de la mandíbula y la definición de la región del cuello.
