Reason for Consultation: Aged eyelids and looseness of facial and neck skin.

Procedures done: Upper blepharoplasty, lateral temporal brow lift, deep plane face and neck lift, full face TCA chemical peel. Autologous micro and nano fat transfer

Technique: Upper blepharoplasty with conservative volume excision. Lateral temporal brow lift-endoscopic technique. Deep plane face and neck lift with vertical midface vector restoration. Deep plane neck lift with midline platysmaplasty. Full face 25% TCA with phenol deep chemical peel. Autologous fat transfer to the face using micro fat and nano fat techniques.  General anesthesia.
