Pricing Structure

At Athré Facial Plastics, our goal is to provide transparent pricing that reflects the highest quality of care. Everyone's needs are unique, and costs vary depending on your goals, anatomy, and chosen procedures. During your consultation, Dr. Athré will provide a tailored treatment plan that includes a detailed breakdown of the costs involved.

The cost estimate of many of our most common procedures is listed below. Please understand that this guide is meant to be a reference ONLY. Pricing is generally dependent on the difficulty level of the surgery. Therefore, your specific wants, your anatomy, and your prior medical history may affect your surgical estimate. For example, revision surgeries are usually more difficult due to scarring, etc., and are hence more expensive. You will be provided a detailed surgical estimate following your consultation. Anesthesia fees are also estimated. Certain cases can be performed under general or local anesthesia. If so, estimates are provided.

Upper Blepharoplasty

  • Starting at - $2750
  • Local Anesthesia - $250

Upper blepharoplasty, often called an upper eyelid lift, is a cosmetic procedure that rejuvenates the appearance of tired, drooping eyelids. Over time, the skin around the eyes can lose elasticity, resulting in hooded or sagging upper lids that may impact appearance and, in some cases, even vision. Upper blepharoplasty removes excess skin and subtly tightens the area to restore a refreshed, naturally youthful look without an "operated" appearance. This procedure is typically performed under local anesthesia, making it a comfortable option with minimal downtime.

Lower Blepharoplasty

  • Starting at - $3500
  • Local anesthesia - $500

Lower blepharoplasty, or lower eyelid surgery, targets under-eye bags, puffiness, and sagging skin to help restore a refreshed, youthful appearance. As we age, the skin and tissues around the eyes lose elasticity and volume, often leading to persistent bags or hollows that can make us look tired or older than we feel. Lower blepharoplasty focuses on removing or repositioning fat, tightening loose skin, and smoothing the under-eye area, all while preserving a natural, rejuvenated look. This procedure is typically performed under local or general anesthesia, depending on individual needs, with most patients able to return to daily activities within 10 to 14 days.

Lateral Brow Lift

  • Starting at - $3500
  • Local anesthesia - $500

A lateral brow lift is an effective solution for those looking to address sagging or drooping at the outer edges of the eyebrows, often one of the first areas to show signs of aging. By gently lifting and repositioning the outer brow area, this procedure opens up the eyes and smooths the forehead, creating a more awake, youthful, and balanced appearance. Typically performed under local anesthesia with minimal discomfort, a lateral brow lift requires minimal downtime.

Endoscopic Brow Lift

  • Starting at - $4500
  • General anesthesia - $2750

An endoscopic brow lift is an advanced, minimally invasive technique that lifts and rejuvenates the entire brow area. The technique uses a small endoscopic camera to guide precise adjustments, resulting in minimal scarring and a quicker recovery. Performed under general anesthesia, the endoscopic brow lift typically involves about one week of downtime, with results appearing as initial swelling diminishes.

Facelift

  • Starting at - $12,000
  • Local anesthesia - $1200
  • General anesthesia - $3500

A facelift is a comprehensive surgical solution designed to address multiple signs of facial aging, including sagging skin, deep folds, and loss of youthful contours in the cheeks, jawline, and neck. Dr. Athré focuses on creating natural, long-lasting results that rejuvenate the face without looking overly tight or "pulled." By lifting and repositioning underlying tissues, removing excess skin, and carefully refining facial contours, a facelift restores a youthful, refreshed appearance. Typically performed under general anesthesia, the procedure requires about two weeks of downtime, with most patients resuming daily activities soon after.

Full Face Rejuvenation

  • Starting at - $17000
  • Local anesthesia - $1750
  • General anesthesia - $5750

Full Face Rejuvenation is a customized approach that combines multiple procedures to address the full spectrum of facial aging. It often includes a blend of treatments, such as a facelift, eyelid surgery, brow lift, and sometimes non-surgical enhancements. The process begins with a detailed consultation, where Dr. Athré works with you to identify the best combination of treatments to achieve lasting results.

Primary Rhinoplasty

  • Starting at - $6500
  • General anesthesia - $2500

Primary rhinoplasty is a highly personalized procedure aimed at reshaping the nose to improve facial harmony, enhance breathing, or both. Whether you're seeking to refine the nasal bridge, adjust the tip, or correct asymmetry, Dr. Athré's expertise in primary rhinoplasty ensures natural-looking results that enhance the nose's proportion within the overall face. This procedure is typically performed under general anesthesia, with most patients able to return to their regular routines within one to two weeks.

Revision Rhinoplasty

  • Starting at - $9000
  • General anesthesia - $3000

Revision rhinoplasty is a complex, highly specialized procedure for patients who have had a rhinoplasty and want to improve or correct the results of the previous surgery. Whether due to functional issues, aesthetic concerns, or unexpected healing outcomes, revision rhinoplasty requires a precise and personalized approach. Dr. Athré is recognized as an expert in revision rhinoplasty, using advanced techniques to address breathing difficulties, structural irregularities, or aesthetic imbalances. Performed under general anesthesia, revision rhinoplasty often requires a longer healing period than primary rhinoplasty, with initial recovery taking one to two weeks and final results developing over several months as swelling resolves.

Chin Augmentation

  • Starting at - $2500
  • Local anesthesia - $500
  • General anesthesia - $1750

Chin augmentation is a cosmetic procedure designed to strengthen the chin's projection and contour. Using a custom-fit implant, Dr. Athré enhances the jawline and provides better definition between the chin, neck, and cheeks. Performed under local or general anesthesia, chin augmentation involves a short recovery period, with most patients returning to regular activities within a week.

Fat Transfer

  • Starting at - $3500
  • Local anesthesia - $750 and up
  • General anesthesia - $2750

Facial fat transfer uses your own natural fat to restore youthful volume and contour to areas of the face that may have lost fullness over time. Commonly used to enhance areas such as the cheeks, under-eye hollows, and nasolabial folds, this technique provides long-lasting, natural-looking results with the added benefit of using your body's own tissue. Dr. Athré carefully harvests fat from a donor area, like the abdomen or thighs, and strategically injects it into the face to create a smooth, youthful, and balanced look. This minimally invasive procedure has a relatively short recovery period, with most patients returning to regular activities within a week.
